Ahdi joined JJ Express over a decade ago as a driver supervisor — navigating Singapore's streets, ensuring every customer order reached on time. His consistency, commitment, and leadership mindset soon saw him move up, managing multiple delivery zones, sensitive category operations like grocery & pharma and training new drivers. Today, Adhi leads as Head of Operations, overseeing 500+ vans and drivers across the island. He ensures every route, every delivery, and every customer experience runs like clockwork — while building a culture of respect and reliability among our drivers.
